Abstract


This paper comments a judgment about the action
brought by a consumer who was not spoiled charges being made
on a credit account. Infringement of the basic right to accurate and
timely information, breach of contract and cause consumer detriment
derived from the negligent act Supplier: For this purpose the
causes of which can be derived infraction provider liability, namely
are reviewed. Finally it refers to the effects of the obligations in this
area, consisting in civil and infraction conviction supplier.
