Scopes on transfer of inheritance rights

Abstract

The present article tries to answer to diverse questioning that have appeared concerning the transfer of inheritance rights such as if it is a title or a manner of acquisition, if it is solemn or consensual contract, if it is necessary to inscribe when in the hereditary succession there is real estate and fundamentally if the inheritor’s quality is yielded or only the rights in the assets sucesoral, reviewing for that nationals doctrine and jurisprudence, assuming that transfer only the assets of the hereditary ace, from some postulates of the theory of the juridical business and of the rules of interpretation of the contracts.

It is not a question of an excessively metaphysical reflection, but it is tried to outline some ideas and alternatives of solution to empirical problems that the figure provokes, attended his enormous practical application.
